Alexander-Otto Company, LLC, a provider of retail store fixture installation and related services, has joined Marmon Retail Services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Based in Grand Junction, Colorado, Alexander-Otto installs and services fixtures, displays and commercial millwork in a wide range of environments including retail and food-service markets. Services are provided by more than 50 crews that are strategically located to cover the continental United States at both union and non-union sites.

“Alexander-Otto is an excellent addition to our organization,” said Richard Winter, president of Marmon Retail Services, LLC. “The company has an outstanding reputation in the retail industry and its services mesh perfectly with those of Store Opening Solutions.” Also a Marmon Retail Services company, Store Opening Solutions provides integrated logistical services to support retailers’ in-house development needs, and the addition of installation services will provide retailers with a “one source” solution, Mr. Winter said.

Chilton Alexander and Doug Otto will continue to lead Alexander-Otto as president and general manager, respectively. “We’re excited to be a part of the growing Marmon Retail Services team,” Mr. Alexander said.
